$100 Giveaway Terms and Conditions - Updated 8/1/2005 - New Contest!

1. To Enter: Visit www.CobbPages.com. All entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 8/1/2005, and 11:59 PM (EST) on 8/1/2006. Limit one entry per person per month. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic.
   
   
2. Prizes/Values: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a $100 pre-paid Visa card, which can be used anywhere in the U.S.A. or abroad where Visa is accepted. Total, approximate retail value of this prize is $100 USD. Prize will be mailed via certified USPS. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. Prize is not transferable. Federal, state and local taxes and all other costs not specifically noted herein are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, including a certified cashier's check.
   
   
3. Drawing and Awarding of Grand Prize: On or about 8/1/2006, a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received, will be conducted by an independent third party, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Grand Prizewinner will be notified by phone and in writing and must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days, or an alternate winner may be selected. The odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
   
   
4. Eligibility: Only open to residents of the USA, 18 years or older by 8/1/2005. Employees of Price-Bishop Holdings, LLC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only, and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.
   
   
5. Liability and Publicity Release: Winner agrees that Price-Bishop Holdings, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winner for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. Offer void where prohibited or otherwise restricted. If Winner agrees, the Sponsor would like to use winner's name, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the promotion or to cancel, terminate or suspend this promotion should virus bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond control of Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion.
